By accessing and using TypeTeX ("Service"), a product built and managed by Intrinsic Labs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. License

Intrinsic Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. This license does not include the right to: (a) sell, resell or use for any commercial purpose; or (b) modify or copy the materials; or (c) use any data mining or similar data gathering and extraction methods.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Intrinsic Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort to any person
• Obscure or remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload or distribute viruses or malware
• Access or search the Service by any means other than publicly supported interfaces

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Intrinsic Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Intrinsic Labs be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Intrinsic Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
